I was born and raised in Bloomington, Minnesota which is a suburb of Minneapolis.  I started in the banking and lending business in 1974, in Minneapolis, where they had Abstracts of Title instead of preliminary title reports.  Abstracts show an entire history of a property and can be very thick and time consuming to review.  In addition, the loan officers closed all real estate transactions themselves.  Most often the closings were simultaneous with the buyers and sellers signing at the same time and in the presence of their attorneys.  It could get quite chaotic!

In 1978 my husband, Dave, and I decided to pull up our roots and move out West.  We landed in Eugene because we loved the close proximity to both the ocean and the mountains and have enjoyed all of our excursions to both areas.  Oregon hasa lot to offer anyone who loves the outdoors!

In 1985 our daughter, Erin, was born which expanded our lives and our sense of community.  This included the local 4J schools and all they have to offer.  Whe has now graduated from the University of Oregon.  Go Ducks!

In 1998 I became a Mortgage Broker deciding to give up managing a mortgage branch for a local bank and focusing on working and serving my clients exclusively.  With the variety of loan programs I have to choose from all the different lenders, I find it greatly rewarding matching every client with the program that fits their budget and financial goals.
